20-years ago I walked into my first Yoga class in a gym at the late age of 39 years old. The teacher took me to her teacher at his Shala and wow..... it was challenging, it was amazing, the people around me could do so many things and was still breathing... I was sweating but was immediately hooked. I have gone through extensive teacher trainings with international senior teachers both in Spain, India and the UK and it will never stop as I shall remain a forever student as just love receiving more knowledge to share with my students. I teach regular classes in a gym, private groups and to individuals in their homes from all walks of life. Yoga is for everyone and it is there to facilitate all the other things you love doing in your life. My aim is to share this wonderful practice in a non-dogmatic nor boring way as I believe whatever we do it must be fun and I am here to encourage you as at the end it is all only about becoming the best version of ourselves in whatever we are doing, nothing else. Be prepared to breathe, smile and play and a sense of humour helps. Look forward to seeing you on the mat.
