A week full of dancing, training, sun and time to chill. One of Denmark's best dancers, Michael Olesen, known from Dancing with Stars, will be responsible for the dancing this week. There will also be some strength training and yoga. There will be 3 hours of dance daily as well as some strength training and yoga – except on the day of rest. A great opportunity to enjoy dancing and great weather.
Do you want to work out while having fun, and would you like to work to improve whether it's speed, strength or performance? Then this camp is for you! Linnea and Line are both personal trainer and they will make sure you are challenged in your training, use the correct technique and learn a lot of new exercises so you can take your training further.
Exercising should not be boring. It's about creating some safe and fun frames, and exactly this, Linnea and Line will help you with. We promise you will leave the camp with a lot of new inspiration and even more faith in yourself.
