Want to join a week of TRX and learn everything about the TRX? Whether you are already a fan or just interested in getting to know the TRX, this camp is suitable for you.
Do you love to dance? Join a week full of dancing! Michael Olesen will be responsible for most of the dance classes this week, which will also have yoga classes as well as strength training. There will be 3 hours daily of dancing.

WEEK 22 CROSS CAMP
This week will focus on technique and strength and will allow you to improve your weaknesses in CrossTraining. There will be 2 daily classes of CrossTraining as well as other classes. The camp is for anyone interested in functional training.
COUPLES DANCE CAMP
Would you like a week of sun, fun and a lot of dancing? A week in which we dance all the known standard and Latin dances in couples. Michael Olesen, Morten Kjeldgaard, Jenna Bagge and Mille Funk will be in charge this week.
DANCE AND FITNESS CAMP
Do you like to combine strength training and dancing? Then this week is for you! 3-4 hours of daily training as well as one hour strength training. Of course you will also have plenty of time to relax by the pool
DANCE CAMP WEEK 26
Do you love dance and Crossdance? Dance with some of Denmark's best instructors; Michael Olesen, Morten Kjeldgaard, Kirstine Holm and Louise Haugaard. The week will include dance, Crossdance, Yoga and strength training.
DANCE CAMP WEEK 27
Do you love to dance? Dance with some of Denmark's best instructors; Michael Olesen, Morten Kjeldgaard and Ronnie Handskemager. The week will be filled with dancing, good energy and lots of time for relaxation and fun.
This Cross Training camp is suitable for beginners as well as the experienced Cross Trainer. There will be 2 Cross Training every day as well as other classes.
GET MOTIVATED - CECILE LIND
At this camp, Cecilie Lind, will focus on technique but also push you. Motivation will be a key word as well as get the maximum out of your training.
GIRL POWER CAMP
Do you want to join a real Girl Power Camp? A week of lifting weights as well as each other. We will sweat together, laugh together, high five and chill together. Anna, Line and Linnea have more than 30 years joined experience in training.
