Cross Training is a sport where getting better is fun meaning getting stronger, better, faster og constantly developing so every time you do a workout, you feel better and better. That’s how we build the days at the camp.
DANCE RETREAT MAY - 2024
Do you like dancing? Join a week with Michael Olesen, Susanne Andreasen, Glenn Rasmussen & Maria Zelina. 3-4 hours of dancing every day as well as strength, yoga, meditation and stretching.
ANGELICA BLICK’S BOOTCAMP
Come with me to Spain and enjoy a week of training, healthy eating, time to relax and explore the area....
This week will focus on technique and strength and will allow you to improve your weaknesses in CrossTraining. There will be 2 daily classes of CrossTraining as well as other classes. The camp is for anyone interested in functional training.

COUPLES DANCE CAMP
Would you like a week of sun, fun and a lot of dancing in couples? A week in which we dance all the known standard and Latin dances in couples. Michael Olesen and Camilla Dalsgaard will be in charge this week with Stine Dalgaard.
Would you like to join an active holiday, with the chance to try a bit of everything with experienced instructors? Cross, Dance and Fitness will fill the classes.

MARBELLA DANCE RETREAT
Presented by Dancing with the Stars champion Karen Byrne who will be joined by Jake Carter, singer/songwriter and season-2 champion. The retreat will include 4 days of dancetastic fun!

Do you love dance and Crossdance? Dance with some of Denmark's best instructors; Michael Olesen, Kirstine Holm and Louise Haugaard. The week will include dance, Crossdance, Yoga and strength training.

Join us under the sun with Michael Olesen, Ronnie Handskemager and Louise Haugaard. The week will be filled with dancing, good energy and lots of time for relaxation and fun.
GIRL POWER CAMP
Do you want to join a real Girl Power Camp? A week of lifting weights as well as each other. We will sweat together, laugh together, high five and chill together. Sofie & Linnea have more than 20 years experience and look forward to welcoming you.

Do you love to dance? Two of Denmark's best "Girlpower" ladies will take you on an amazing journey! Partially following the instructor, partially broken down so you can learn the individual moves. Add to that strength training and so much more..
CROSS CAMP MASTERS +40
Cross Camp for Masters +40 is a camp for all levels. Whether you are beginner, have trained a long time or had a break, you are welcome. The only requirement is that you are 40 years of age or more.
