DANCE AND FITNESS CAMP
Do you like to combine strength training and dancing? Then this week is for you! 3-4 hours of daily training as well as one hour strength training. Of course you will also have plenty of time to relax by the pool

DANCE CAMP WEEK 26
Do you love dance and Crossdance? Dance with some of Denmark's best instructors; Michael Olesen, Morten Kjeldgaard, Kirstine Holm and Louise Haugaard. The week will include dance, Crossdance, Yoga and strength training.

DANCE CAMP WEEK 27
Do you love to dance? Dance with some of Denmark's best instructors; Michael Olesen, Morten Kjeldgaard and Ronnie Handskemager. The week will be filled with dancing, good energy and lots of time for relaxation and fun.

CROSS CAMP
This Cross Training camp is suitable for beginners as well as the experienced Cross Trainer. There will be 2 Cross Training every day as well as other classes.

GIRL POWER CAMP
Do you want to join a real Girl Power Camp? A week of lifting weights as well as each other. We will sweat together, laugh together, high five and chill together. Sofie & Linnea have more than 20 years experience and look forward to welcoming you.

MARBELLA DANCE RETREAT
Presented by Dancing with the Stars champion Karen Byrne who will be joined by Season 6 champion Emily Barker. The retreat will include 4 days of dancetastic fun and will also include special guest, singer/songwriter and Season 2 champion Jake Carter.

CROSS CAMP A&L
Our most hardcore Camp which includes a trip to Mikes Gym, the ultimate OCR course. This camp is for you, if you are ready to push yourself to the limit – no matter your level!
