Be ready to push yourself on this functional training camp. The camp is for anyone interested in Functional training.

CROSS CAMP
This week will focus on technique and strength and will allow you to improve your weaknesses in CrossTraining. There will be 2 daily classes of CrossTraining as well as other classes. The camp is for anyone interested in functional training.

GET FIT 45+
This camp is for women 45+. The focus will be everything the mature, female body needs to get in shape and stay strong and healthy. We will laugh, sweat, and make new relations during this camp. Anyone can join.

MARBELLA DANCE RETREAT
Presented by Dancing with the Stars champion Karen Byrne who will be joined by Jake Carter, singer/songwriter and season-2 champion. The retreat will include 4 days of dancetastic fun!

GIRL POWER DANCE CAMP
Do you love to dance? Two of Denmark's best "Girlpower" ladies will take you on an amazing journey! Partially following the instructor, partially broken down so you can learn the individual moves. Add to that strength training and so much more..

CROSS CAMP MASTERS +40
Cross Camp for Masters +40 is a camp for all levels. Whether you are beginner, have trained a long time or had a break, you are welcome. The only requirement is that you are 40 years of age or more.

PADEL & FUNCTIONAL TRAINING CAMP
Would you like to join a camp with padel and functional training? Rikke Hørlykke will be in charge of the functional, while our local padel instructor will be in charge of padel. You will improve regardless of level, but of course have time to relax.

CROSS CAMP MARCH
Cross Training is a sport where getting better is fun meaning getting stronger, better, faster og constantly developing so every time you do a workout, you feel better and better. That’s how we build the days at the camp.

DANCE RETREAT MAY - 2026
Do you like dancing? Join a week with Michael Olesen, Camilla Viva, Glenn Rasmussen & Maria Zelina. 3-4 hours of dancing every day as well as strength, yoga, meditation and stretching.

DANCE CAMP WEEK 21
Do you like dancing? Then you should join this week. You will also get the chance to do strength training, yoga and other classes. Michael Olesen, Katrine Bonde and Karina Flensborg will be instructors this week.

Dance and train yourself happy with a week full of fun exercising and enjoying the sun.
