Anna lives in Aarhus, Denmark and is a personal trainer and coach. She teaches mainly functional training and doesn’t believe in one size fits solutions. Health is not all about broccoli and training.

She believes training can and should be fun. You need to find out, what motivates you. The great thing about training together like you do at Marbella Fitness Camp is the community you get and the feeling of training together. When you cheer for each other you are always able to push yourself a little bit harder. This team spirit on a camp makes the training fun and that’s what it’s all about. Anna believe finding a happy medium is important so eating right and exercising don’t become a punishment. There has to be room for it all and you have to feel good about it.
