A CrossFit camp with focus on technique, functional training, weightlifting, gymnastics and skills. There will be 2 daily Crossfit sessions as well as other classes. This camp will be for anyone interested in CrossFit.
CECILIE & VILDE CROSSFIT CAMP
Join a fun CrossFit Camp in sunny surroundings! A camp for anyone who is interested in CrossFit. There will be other classes as well.
JUNE CROSSFIT CAMP
A week with full focus on Crossfit and the opportunity to join a lot fo other classes. This week is suitable for beginners but also for the more experienced Crossfitter.
DANCE AND FITNESS CAMP
Do you like to combine strength training and dancing? Then this week is for you! 3-4 hours of daily training as well as one hour strength training. Of course you will also have plenty of time to relax by the pool
Mads Larsen, Dennis Holbaek & Stephanie Mathiasen will direct this week with full focus on boxing – both the technical and physical part. Whether you're boxing on a high level or just for fun, this camp is suitable for you!
Do you love dancing? Dance yourself happy with some of Denmark’s best, professional dancers. 3-4 hours daily dancing as well as yoga and strength training. A week with great music, good atmosphere and plenty of time to relax in the sun.
DANCE AND FLOW CAMP
Are you ready to dance for a week with Michael Olesen and Mie Moltke, known from Dancing with the stars? Other than 90s party, couples dance and musicals, Mie Moltke will be responsible for the Flow lessons. Let go of your mind and just dance!
CROSSFIT CAMP WITH R&R
This CrossFit camp is suitable for beginners as well as the experienced Crossfitter. There will be 2 CrossFit training every day as well as other classes.
GET MOTIVATED - CECILE LIND
At this camp, Cecilie Lind, will focus on technique but also push you. Motivation will be a key word as well as get the maximum out of your training.
BETTER, FASTER, STRONGER CAMP
Do you want to work out while having fun and would you like to improve whether it’s speed, strength or performance? Then this camp is for you.
CROSSCAMP NO-PAIN NO-GAIN
Our most hardcore Camp which includes a trip to Mikes Gym, the ultimate OCR course. This camp is for you, if you are ready to push yourself to the limit – no matter your level!
Fitness camp including dance, CrossFit, Yoga, Boxing and Warrior workout and others. This camp is for everyone, no matter what level or age!
