Mads Larsen will be responsible for this week with max 12 participants. Plenty of time to each participant with focus on the technical part but also the physical part. There will also be some strength training as well as Beach Boxing.

JUNE CROSSFIT CAMP
A week with full focus on Crossfit and the opportunity to join a lot fo other classes. This week is suitable for beginners but also for the more experienced Crossfitter.
DANCE AND FITNESS CAMP
Do you like to combine strength training and dancing? Then this week is for you! 3 hours of daily training as well as one hour strength training. Of course you will also have plenty of time to relax by the pool.
Do you love dancing? Dance yourself happy with some of Denmark’s best, professional dancers. 3-4 hours daily dancing as well as yoga and strength training. A week with great music, good atmosphere and plenty of time to relax in the sun.
